Great customer service. I just moved to Orlando area and one of my hearing aids stopped working and I managed to get an appt in a few days. Rosalie(hearing aid specialist) was very helpful and even adjusted my old aids so I could wear them while the other goes for service. Highly recommend them.

My appointment at Audibel was better than I thought it would be. Rosalie was thorough with my exam and took time to explain each step of the process and the correlations between hearing and brain health and where I landed in the hearing scale. Having my husband (familiar voice ) with me during the exam gave me extra confidence in the whole process.. Yes I left there with the necessary hearing aides, didn’t know life around me was so loud and couldn’t be happier with the outcome..
I was so anxious and nervous to get impressions done for earmolds, I had tried somewhere else and it was pretty painful. Rosie just completely put my mind at ease and done a fantastic job I was absolutely delighted with her and I thoroughly recommend her for all your hearing aid needs.
